RETURN POLICY

Our 15 Day Return Policy

^{My Lingerie Loft wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, simply return the item for a refund or exchange.}

^{1) Items being returned for a refund or exchange must be in new condition, unworn or washed, make-up and perfume free, sanitary protection in tact, in original unopened packaging, all tags attached within, 15 days of delivery.}

^{2) Shoes may only be exchanged for a different size, assuming they are in original packaging and show no marks from wearing on rough surface. ( Original shoe box must be within another box for shipping )}

^{3) Costumes and Accessories are considered Special Occasion items and are not refundable. Costumes can only be exchanged for a different size within 15 days of receipt dependent on our current stock availability.}

^{4) Due to Health Regulations, the following items are Final Sale. These items cannot be returned or exchanged for any reason. (Sorry, No Exceptions). Intimate garments with a crotch, including but not limited to, panties, thongs, hosiery, body stockings, mens boxers and thongs. All Kama Sutra Products, body gels, oils and creams, novelty items, and any other related intimate product.}

^{5) Sale/Discounted Items are all Final Sale. They are not returnable, refundable or exchangeable. If these items are sent to us, they will be returned at the customers expense.}

^{Please take a moment to review our Size Chart prior to purchasing. If you feel you need help choosing a size, please contact us, we will be happy to assist you.}

^{6) Exchanged items will incur additional shipping fees, due the customer, unless we shipped the wrong item, or manufacturers defect.}

^{7) Refunds will be given less shipping fees.}

^{*Note: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the goods arrive safely. It is strongly recommended that you insure your return package, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages during this transition.}

^{Orders that are returned due to an incorrect address provided, or notice left but not picked-up will be canceled and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. If an order is re-sent for delivery, the standard shipping charges will apply each time the order is shipped.}

^{Cancellations: Cancellations will only be accepted within 12 hours of submitting your order. If you cancel an order outside the allotted time period, your order will be shipped and you will be responsible for the item(s). If you refuse the order and it is shipped back to us, we reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee. We are not responsible for packages not shipped back Insured or with Delivery confirmation, should your package be lost in transit.}

^{We reserve the right to decline any refunds/exchanges if our Return Policy Guidelines are not met. Items that are received after the 15 day period or in a condition that does not meet our guidelines, will be shipped back at the customers expense.�}

^{Refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt, and in the form of payment in which it was received. We will send you a confirmation e-mail once the refund is processed. Please allow a minimum of 1-2 billing cycles for your credit to appear on your statement. All shipping charges are non-refundable. Please note* Your credit card statement will reflect East Coast Intimates for any sales or credits.}

^{Exchange Procedure: In order to exchange an item(s), you will need to list the following information for the item you would like in exchange: Item model number, Size, Color and Manufacturer.}^{Please note exchanges are dependent on current stock availability. In the event an item you requested for an exchange is backordered, we will notify you of the possible delay. We will also contact you if the item requested for an exchange has been discontinued and we are not able to fulfill your request. Shipping charges are non-refundable.}^{Send to:
