  3. How do I create an account?
    a)Click the "Register" link located at the top right of the page. b) Locate, I'm a new customer. c) Follow the instructions to complete the sign up process. Create an account with complete confidence. Please review our PRIVACY POLICY for more information.

  4. When will my backorder arrive?
    We have no control over backordered items. We can give an estimated date, per the manufacturer, but it's not guaranteed. If a backordered item goes beyond 30 days, we will give you the option to pick a different item or have the amount of the item refunded.

  5. I received the wrong item?
    If you believe you received the wrong item, please contact us within 72 hrs of receiving your item. Click the "Contact Us" link located at the top right of the page.

  9. How long does it take for my order to ship?
    Most orders are shipped within 2 business days. We can't guarantee that all of our items will be in stock. If an item is on backorder, you will have the option to exchange the item or cancel the order.

  10. Why cant I place an order?
    You have used a different billing address other than the one given to your credit card company or bank. Your billing address must match exactly. (An authorization/hold will be placed on your credit card every time you attempt to make a purchase.)

  11. What is an Authorization/Hold?
    An Authorization/Hold is NOT a charge. It's simply monies held by your bank which guarantees funds will be collectible when your order ships.

  12. What do I do If I forgot my password?
    a) Click "My Account" at the top right hand corner. b) Look to the right, it will say "Returning Customers" c) You will see "Password Forgotton" Simply click and follow the instructions.
